A well-loved guesthouse with a genuine sense of place
Est, 2009
“Lé Mahi” is Afrikaans slang for le maar hier — just stay here. Established in 2009, Lé Mahi Guesthouse has been lovingly shaped by owner Sanet Viljoen, who lives on-site and is always close at hand to ensure guests feel welcome and well cared for.
Sanet grew up in old-school hotels where her parents set the bar high across food, service and atmosphere. That standard has always been Sanet’s benchmark for Lé Mahi Guesthouse in Langebaan.
Creating beautiful, calming spaces where guests feel genuinely at ease is her passion. The guesthouse is filled with curated pieces collected over many years, blended with fresh contemporary touches and a garden lovingly maintained with a fishpond and water features that make it a retreat within a retreat.
